Design Pier is a Hong Kong based design event firm that is active worldwide ,producing carefully curated design exhibitions, talks, events and proposes a platform to raise new production opportunities for designers and nurture the development of creative cross-cultural exchanges.
Besides bringing together the best of contemporary and international design talents, Design Pier carefully selects the exhibited pieces around specific themes and offers a strong content with a synthetic overview on the different design trends.
Design Pier is also engaged to curate and organize exhibitions for high profile international events and festivals and offer a unique and focused perspective of contemporary design as a curator and art director. In 2019 Design Pier curated shows for Designart Tokyo, Singapore Design Week, NYCxDESIGN and Business of Design Week Hong Kong

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
ZSOFIA ILOSVAI, Founder and director of Design Pier
Zsofia has worked in event organization and art-design curation for over 15 years. She is a curator with a multicultural experience, having led projects in Paris, Milan, Budapest, Tokyo, New York, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Having worked in Asia for 10 years, Zsofia specializes in the Asian design. Through her curated exhibitions, talks and partnerships, she offers a variety of programs, featuring high-end art and design pieces of established design studios, to inspire creativity and foster the exchange of ideas.

2019年にはFine Art Asia、NYCxDESIGN、Designart Tokyoでのキュレーションを手掛けました。

Design Pier 創業者ZSOFIA ILOSVAIについて
Zsofiaは15年以上にわたり、デザイン・アートにおけるイベント企画を手がけてきています。多様な文化での経験を持つキュレータであり、これまでにパリ、ミラノ、ブダペスト、東京、ニューヨーク、シンガポール、香港などでプロジェクトをリードしてきています。
アジアでのキャリアを10年間積み重ねた現在、Zsofiaは特にアジアのデザインに精通しています。キュレーションを手がける展示や講演イベント、パートナーシップを通して、ハイエンドなアートとデザインを取り扱いながら、クリエイティビティを刺激し、様々なアイデアの交換を促すことを目指しています。
